Question :How do you know if she is enjoying having sex with you?

While a woman doesn't usually have tell-tale sponge to let her partner know that she is had an orgasm, there are other physical cues:-

1. The sexual Flush:
   After an orgasm her chest, neck, and/or face will blush red for a few moments.


2. Erect Nipples:
   Some women's nipples will become erect during orgasm and for a little while afterwards.


3. Weak Knees:
   For many women, every so often (or every time) after an orgasm they will find their knees weak.


4. Difficulty in making longer sentences:
   Women may also find themselves having difficulty forming longer sentences and may prefer to just lay still and cuddle for a while.

Important:
All men, don't bother listening for loud screams, as the ladies of porn industry have taught us that where there is orgasmic necessarly an orgasm.
But perhaps you could just ask her, very few women will say that they are having fun in a genuine way if they are actually unconfertable or/and unhappy. If she seems honest in her reassurances, then don't press the issue. No woman wants to be caught faking and harassing her after sex, whether she faked or not, could result in you having fewer opportunity to harass her.
Even if she did not have an orgasm, that doesn't mean she didn't still fun or that it did not still feel good for her. Not all women can orgasm during sex, some of them just not built to, and not all women can always make it to orgasm every single time. But if you are listening for her cues during foreplay and sex, and you are engaging for her brain and not just her body, you can be sure that when she tells you that it wap good for her too, she is probably not lying.
